Truth fills
the space that walks
underneath her heels,
a distracted trapse
across the city trove.

know how important
the silence, the empty space,
can be to a performance.

and their body
crushed street level;
rubberized points
pinning her location;
placing notes
on the bar,
on her way to the pub.
